- Our Check-in time at 02:00 pm. Any early Check-in will be based on our room's availability. Early check-in before 02:00 pm will be charged at 50% and before 08:00 am will be charged at 100% of published rate.
- Our Check-out time at 12.00 noon. Any late Check-out will be based on our room's availability. Late Check-out after 12.00 noon will be charged at 50% and after 04:00 pm will be charged at 100% of published rate.
- Children up to 12 years old sharing with parents in an existing main bed are free of charge.
- No extra breakfast charge for children up to 5 years and a half price for children from 6 years up to 12 years.
- A full extra breakfast charge for children 12 years and above.
- An extra bed is available at Rp. 350.000 nett and per night including a breakfast. Rich Palace Hotel will automatically charge the guest Rp. 350.000 nett and per night for any bed down to the floor.
